Ákos joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2003 and became a partner in 2015. He is an economist holding an LL.M. (Masters of Laws) in International Tax Law from Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, Austria. He is a chartered accountant and a registered tax advisor in Hungary.
Ákos is the leader of the Tax M&A group in Hungary and has extensive experience in due diligence, structuring, and other tax advisory services for FMCG /Energy / Telecom / Pharma Clients.
He has extensive experience in international tax structuring, tax and accounting planning of mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and transaction structuring. His assignments also included global business alignment restructurings and integrated cross-border restructurings. Ákos has broad experience with the tax issues of subsidiaries of multinational companies in various sectors.
