Linda T. Fisher is founder and owner of Linda T. Fisher 5500 Consulting, LLC, located in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. The firm specializes in Form 5500 preparation, training, and consulting for qualified retirement plans and health and welfare plans. Ms. Fisher has over 25 years of experience serving as an expert of ERISA employee benefit compliance, reporting, and disclosure.

Prior to forming Linda T. Fisher 5500 Consulting, LLC, she served as the National Compliance Delivery Group Manager and Form 5500 Subject Matter Expert across all clients of Hewitt Associates (now Aon Hewitt). For 16 years, Ms. Fisher managed the timely completion of thousands of filings for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 clients. She also managed a team that created ERISA qualified plan financial statements and audit reports to provide to clients’ auditors.

Ms. Fisher serves on the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) Reporting and Disclosure Committee and on the ASPPA Benefits Council of Chicago as the Continuing Education Chair.

Ms. Fisher has been a contributor to major employee benefit publications and continues to serve as a Form 5500 expert to benefit professionals. Mary B. Andersen is President and founder of ERISAdiagnostics, Inc., an employee benefits consulting firm that helps clients navigate ERISA compliance obligations.

Ms. Andersen’s career spans over 35 years of experience as an employee benefits professional in the corporate world and as a consultant. In her role as consultant, Ms. Andersen has worked with many Fortune 500 organizations as well as small companies.

Before starting her own consulting business, Ms. Andersen was a Principal at the Vanguard Group where she built a department dedicated to providing ERISA consulting services. Ms. Andersen also spent 12 years at Coopers & Lybrand, now known as PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where she was jointly responsible for developing and building a national compliance review practice.

Ms. Andersen is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (ISCEBS), and the Society of Human Resource Managers. She has served on the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of ISCEBS in all board positions. Ms. Andersen serves on the ASPPA Reporting and Disclosure Committee. She has been a frequent speaker at employee benefit professional meetings and has written numerous articles on compliance related issues.
