Each issue of SEC Filings Insight contains the following:

Feature Stories—
Each issue contains in-depth cover stories on industry trends, corporation finance, interesting or novel disclosure, reactions to proposed rulemaking, and more.
Selected Staff Comment Letters—
This section provides summaries of selected recent staff comment letters. Comment letters are issued by the SEC staff after its review of company filings. In the letters, the staff requests that the company change or clarify the information contained in the filing. The company issues a response, typically amending its filing in accordance with the staff's comments. Relevant data and an abstract are provided for noteworthy letters.
Hot Sample Requests—
This section captures "what's hot" by capitalizing on CCH's position as a leading provider of sample securities research. A sample research request illustrative of a current trend or industry change is highlighted followed by a list of applicable filings relating to the sample criteria. Text explains the relevance of the sample and provides insight into some of the pertinent filings. Sarbanes Oxley compliance, stock exchange delistings, investigations under the Wells process and financial restatements are recent examples of sample coverage.
Current Noteworthy Filings
Noteworthy registration statements, proxy statements, Williams Act filings, and Forms 8-K are the focus of this section. Relevant data is provided for each filing and each filing or letter is abstracted.

A sample description is provided, followed by issuer's counsel, form type, description of business or transaction and the maximum price.
