The Department of the Treasury will submit to the Office of Management and Budget, and is seeking comments on, the revision of a currently approved collection of information concerning Form 5500 and related schedules, Form 5500-SF, Form 5500-SUP, and Form 5500-EZ, annual information returns filed by employee benefit plans.
Comments should be received on or before October 28, 2019.
