The Treasury Department will submit an information collection request concerning IRS Notice 2018-81, which provides notice requirements concerning the revocation of an election to aggregate or disaggregate certain church-related organizations under Section 336(a) of the PATH Act, to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance. There is a revision of a currently approved information collection. Public comments are invited.
