The Treasury Department will submit an information collection request concerning Form 5310 (Application for Determination for Terminating Plan) and Form 6088 (Distributable Benefits from Employee Pension Benefit Plans) to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval. There are no changes being made to the existing information collection. Public comments are invited.
