The PBGC is seeking comments on an extension of a currently approved collection of information under its regulations on annual financial and actuarial reporting. The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved the collection of information through July 31, 2019. The PBGC intends to request that the OMB extend approval of this collection of information for three years.
Written comments should be submitted by April 22, 2019. Comments may be submitted by any of the following methods:
