The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) has issued a notice of intent to request that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) extend its approval of a collection of information for the termination premium under its regulation on the payment of premiums (29 CFR Part 4007), without changes. The currently approved collection of information is Form T and instructions. The notice informs the public of its intent and solicits public comment on the collection of information.
Comments should be submitted by February 14, 2020, and may be submitted via the Federal eRulemaking portal at http://www.regulations.gov, by email at [email protected], or by mail or hand delivery to Regulatory Affairs Group, Office of the General Counsel, Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, 1200 K Street NW., Washington, DC 20005-4026. The PBGC will make all comments available on its website.
