This new address should be used for all deliveries, including U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS. The address change applies to: Form 5300, Form 5306, Form 5306-A, Form 5307, Form 5308, Form 5310, Form 5310-A, Form 5316, letter rulings (under Rev.
