EBSA temporarily limits contact with the Agency to telephone and website

In response to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) has temporarily moved to telephone and website contact only.

Through this period of nationwide challenge, EBSA remains fully operational and committed to its mission to assure the security of the retirement, health and other workplace related benefits of America's workers and their families. The Agency is prioritizing getting customer questions answered.
