New Hampshire ties tipped worker minimum wage to federal minimum wage

New Hampshire’s minimum wage law for tipped workers has been amended by a bill signed on July 23, 2021. Under the new law, the hourly rate for tipped employees is tied to the federal minimum wage. (S.B. 137, Laws 2021, approved July 23, 2021 and effective upon the next increase of the federal minimum wage).
