Idaho clarifies Form 967 filing changes

For corporate and personal income tax purposes, the Idaho State Tax Commission (commission) clarified that taxpayers will no longer receive paper Form 967s, Idaho Annual Withholding Report Instructions, if they have filed the form online through the commission's Taxpayer Access Point (TAP) for the past two years. The taxpayers are required to e-file their 967 return for 2019 through TAP; the Form 967 and W-2s are due to the commission by January 31, 2020. Additionally, the taxpayer’s Form 910 is also is due in January. (Notice, Idaho State Tax Commission, January 14, 2020.)
