Colorado minimum wage to increase

The Colorado minimum wage will increase to $12.32, effective January 1, 2021. , The Colorado Department of Labor and Employment’s (CDLE) Division of Labor Standards and Statistics (DLSS) announced that Colorado minimum wage, currently at $12.00, will adjust for inflation on January 1, 2021 to $12.32, as required by the Colorado Constitution. (Colorado Department of Labor and Employment Rule 7 CCR 1103-7, adopted on November 10, 2020, and effective January 1, 2021; Colorado Department of Labor and Employment Press Release September 14, 2020).
