K&L Gates. K&L Gates LLP has added Mincheol Kim as a partner in the IP procurement and portfolio management practice. Kim advises business individuals on the complex legal, technical, commercial and dispute resolution matters involved with intellectual property, with an emphasis on patents and trademarks. O’Melveny. O’Melveny has added litigator Jeffrey Gordon as a partner in the General Litigation Practice. Gordon focuses on complex litigation, compliance, investigations, and trial matters across several industries, including sports, healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, financial services, and technology. He has spent significant time representing clients in cases involving alleged healthcare fraud, violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and the federal and state False Claims Acts.
WilmerHale. Corporate Attorney Sarah Hogan has joined WilmerHale as a partner in the Boston office. Hogan has 15 years of experience in working with life sciences and digital health companies on complex strategic transactions.
