Jonathon Watson is an Associate in Sherman & Howard’s Labor and Employment Department. Jon has a diverse local and national practice involving the defense of employment claims arising under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, and other EEO statutes. Jon’s practice involves defending employers against, and counseling employers regarding, unfair labor practice charges and representation disputes under the National Labor Relations Act. He also represents clients in arbitrating labor disputes arising out of collective bargaining agreements and has significant experience litigating labor disputes under the Labor Management Relations Act. Jon has significant experience defending single plaintiff and collective action claims brought under the FLSA and state wage and hour laws.
