Pamela Wolf is a senior employment law analyst for Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory U.S. She has been with the company since 2005. Pamela tracks and analyzes employment law issues, including White House and federal agency developments, federal regulations, court decisions, state and federal legislation, and labor and employment trends. She is a contributing editor to Labor & Employment Law Daily and the Federal Developments Knowledge Center. Pamela regularly moderates webinars and prepares special briefings on federal agency developments and other trending topics in the employment law arena. Her publication credits also include Employment Practices Guide; EEOC Compliance Manual; Labor Law Reports: and the CCH Law, Explanation, and Analysis of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. As a practicing attorney, her experience includes employment and civil rights matters. Pamela graduated from IIT-Chicago Kent College of Law with High Honors and has an undergraduate degree in psychology with a minor in business from San Jose State University. She is licensed to practice law in Illinois.
