Presently retired, Morton practiced law for over 45 years and tried over 200 cases to verdict. He was a founding partner of the law firm, Daller, Greenberg & Dietrich where he served as the head of the litigation section. Since retiring from the practice of law he briefly served as an Adjunct Professor at the Dickinson School of Law and served as an attorney for the Legal Aid Society of Southeastern PA. He graduated from Brown University, Magna cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa and was awarded the James Manning Goldberg Prize. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is the editor-in -chief of The Product Liability Desk Reference, Tort Law Desk Reference and Business Torts. Some highlights from Morton’s legal career include winning Bridgestone/Firestone’s “Legal Eagle” award as the value-added attorney for making its legal department a profit center for the first time in the company’s history. He served as president of the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel.
