As the CSO, Michele’s responsibilities include thought leadership and setting the strategic direction for Celergo’s services, technologies and market expansion. Michele is passionate about creating innovative and integrated technologies that simplify processes and enhance the user experience.

Previously, Michele was a founder of GPSLink, a revolutionary web-based technology to help manage expatriate administration. Michele also worked at Ford Motor Company, as an international internal auditor, supported the creation of a world-class expatriate administration center, and launched a global expatriate management system. Michele holds a BS in Finance from Michigan State University and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Michele has presented at APA, SHRM, and other entrepreneurial venues on a variety of global payroll, HR, expatriate, and technology topics. She is the author of Chapter 13, International Payroll in the Payroll Answer Book by Wolters Kluwer, 2007 through 2018 editions. She is a member of the American Payroll Association, the Society for Human Resources, The Chicago Network, and the International Women’s Forum. Michele also supports globally minded charitable organizations including Opportunity International and Upwardly Global.
