Marko Turudic´

Marko Turudic´ is an assistant professor at the University of Zagreb Law School. He graduated from the University of Zagreb Law School in July 2007. Immediately after graduation, he started working as a junior associate at Laktic´ and Partners Law Firm and, in 2008, he started working as an assistant at the Study Centre for Public Administration and Public Finances in Zagreb. In November 2009, he started working as an assistant at the Department of Administrative Law, University of Zagreb Law School. His research interests include regulationofnetworkindustries(inparticular,electroniccommunications) and public procurement. He teaches at the University of Zagreb
Law School, Study Centre for Public Administration and Public Finances in Zagreb and the SocialWork Study Centre. He is a visiting lecturer
at the International Christian University (Tokyo, Japan: EU Administrative Law and EU Electronic Communications Regulation), China University of Political Science and Law (Beijing, China: EU Administrative Law, EU Electronic Communications Regulation) and the Double Degree Programme in Intellectual Property Law offered by the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University and the University of Strasbourg (EU
