Lisa Goolik is an Associate Managing Editor with the Antitrust, Banking, and Intellectual Property practice area with Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory U.S. Lisa has been with Wolters Kluwer since 2007. She is the lead editor of the Secured Transactions Guide and regularly contributes to the Banking and Finance Law Daily. She also contributed to Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act: Law, Explanation and Analysis and Dodd-Frank Manual Series Title III: Depository Institutions. Lisa graduated magna cum laude from the Northern Illinois University College of Law, where she was awarded the Brian and Tamra McGough Prize for excellence in the business law curriculum. Lisa is a member of the Illinois bar and has been admitted to practice in the U.S. District of the Northern District of Illinois.
