Katalina M. Bianco is a Writer/Analyst with Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory U.S. She has been with the company, in the Banking Law division, for 17 years. Katalina currently focuses on consumer financial protection under the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
