Cheryl Beise is a Senior Writer Analyst in the Intellectual Property practice area with Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory U.S. Cheryl’s legal expertise spans several areas, including intellectual property, Internet and technology, and information privacy and security. Cheryl is a contributor to IP Law Daily and editor of the CCH Trademark Law Guide. Over the course of her legal career, Cheryl has worked as in-house counsel for a Fortune 100 company, a mid-sized bank, and two trade associations, and has served an an associate attorney with a national law firm. Cheryl holds a J.D from American University’s Washington College of Law, an M.A. from Middlebury College, and a B.A from Wake Forest University. She is licensed to practice law in California, Illinois, Virginia, and Washington, DC.
